At Wolf Garden Massage, every session is a personalized service created just for you at the time of your appointment. Because massage therapy is a hands-on service that is completed during your scheduled visit, we do not offer returns or refunds once a service has been provided.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for advance notice so we can offer that time to another client. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us. If you ever have concerns about your experience, please let us know right away so we can do our best to make it right.
